ALFIE: Flamboyant and prosaic to begin with are not even total opposites. Neither do they have unsimilar meanings like what you told me over the phone.
Lets say someone told you "What's with your passe/ cliched and prosaic/ boring coat?
LET'S SEE: Your example is alr wrong if I may say. I said what's with. There's is NO adjective whatsoever to hint anything negative or so you say.
On the other hand, you included words like passe etc. in your examples.

You have just contradicted youself (: Let me quote what you said a few days earlier. "To set the record straight, flamboyant means striking, bold, outstanding? Prosaic on the flipside refers to unimaginative." Judging by what you said, one can deduce that according to you, flamboyant and prosaic possesses unsimillar meanings, because of the use of the term 'flipside'. And now you're telling me that they are not opposites?

Yes, you said what's with. I too gave my example as what's with. What is the adjective you're targeting? My inclusion of the term passe and boring is just to broaden the spectrum of negativity and causticity of the 2 words you used to describe my blog. By definition, something that is cliched represents or expresses a stereotype; overusage; trite; hackneyed; commonplace; or something that is repeated regularly without thought or originality. Therefore I can say that your usage of the term cliche hints an adequate amount of causticity and negativity for one to react the way i did.

I didn't get the iPod touch I was wishing for, but a Nano ): Mummy didn't know the difference and bought the nano before sunday. Hoping to upgrade to a touch this christmas!! :D

The only subject I have faith in for now is physics, thanks to JJJ :D But Amaths Emaths and Chem on very shaky grounds, cos tutor had her wedding. Oh yes, speaking of it, she looked great o: And the food was niceeee :D

I sometimes am afraid that I'll end up having a boring job and everything when I grow up. I wish I could be doing stuff that I like and earn good money (Dream on, will you), like being an artist or interior designer... But to start off, I'll have to be good at art. Stupid me, went to quit olvl art earlier this year ): Now I think it's hard for me to go to an arts school ): ): ):

Pros: Uniform, high uni eligibility.
Cons: PE!!! 4.8km for PFT!! D: (Oops, havent took 5items this year o.O)

Poly:
Pros: NO PE!!!! More careeer-focused curriculum.
Cons: Must wear own clothes, lower than JC uni intake (correct me if im wrong)

ARTS SCHOOL:
Pros: ARTSSS!!!!!!!!!! :DDDDD NO PE!!! (Dont know about uni intake)
Cons: Wear own clothes o.o And ppl there would most likely scrutinize at whatever you're wearing ):

I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO.
My first choice would surely be an arts school, but I DONT TAKE OLVL ART!!!

Ahhh heck, just see where I'll end up eventually.

O.O And did you know Edison chen was in The Dark Knight??? LOL! His on sceen time was like 5 seconds or something, as a security guard. Who knew a series of pictures could be of such huge impact o.o
